At Jones Soda Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we can only offer returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us within 14 days of receipt to resolve any issues.
Return Process

Examine your soda bottles and packaging immediately upon delivery to ensure everything arrived safely and matches your order details.
- 2.Document Damages
If you receive damaged goods, take clear photos of the broken items and the shipping box to help us process your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and photos to request a replacement or refund.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once your claim is verified, we will either ship out a replacement pack at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
